At Holbrook Pickleball, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your paddle or apparel doesn't meet your performance needs, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging and in like-new condition, as used paddles or items without original tags may be subject to a restocking fee.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different model.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, securely pack your gear in its original box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
